In view of the high quality products of the company, its main customers are multi-national food processing companies like Nestle and Unilever who use the company’s starch as binders in the manufacture of food seasoning products like “Maggi cube” “Royco cube” and tooth paste.

The company also has non-food manufacturing companies as customers. Such customers use the company’s starch in the production of dry cell batteries, mosquito repellant coils, packaging glue etc.

The company’s market is currently restricted by price to within Nigeria because of the high cost of the local cassava roots, its basic raw material. The price of cassava roots in Nigeria average nearly five times the international price. It is envisaged that the mass production of cassava, expected from the current government agricultural initiative, will bring down the price of cassava and help the company’s launch into the international market.
